"I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Catania. I loved the city, its historic sites, architecture, the sights, restaurants, the vibe it has (especially in the evenings). I was planning to spend only one afternnon in the town centre but I spent there three days. I highly recomment it if you appreciate Sicilian culture and cuisine."

"La città è veramente carina...pero e molto sporca e poco curata.,e un vero peccato che una città che offre sia dal punto di vista culturale e gastronomico offra uno spettacolo così degradante..avete da poco aumentato e non di poco la tassa di soggiorno..spero che serva a rendere la città più pulita.."

"It is strange (and I don't know it is legal) that the Local Tax cannot be paid with credit card but only with cash.
I think Italian laws require to guarantee always the credit card payment"

"Very dirty streets, rubbish everywhere. Unreliable bus service- the D bus didn't arrive at the given time twice; other buses arrived not acording to the schedule. However, there are beautiful views and old buildings worth seeing."

"I enjoyed the St Agata celebrations and everything thing there's to offer in Catania. The accomodation at Royal House was execeptional and the food ( arancino) is fantastic. Thank you Catania!!!🙏🏿💪🏿"
