"Very dirty city and very busy with crazy traffic. It is not normal how many waste there is on the streets. The builings are old and neglected. Nice and friendly People. But for us not a city to come back to. You can attract more tourists if you clean up the streets and building. I could not understand why we were asked to sperate the waste when you see everything lying on the streets including al the waste from the sigaretes "
